Fancy Looking But Simply Easy Salads

We LOVE eating salads and ALMOST always make one for dinner.

The salads vary from the usual: arugula, carrots, red onions, tomatoes, pumpkin seeds (pepitas)- topped with balsamic and extra virgin olive oil from a local store.

Extreme Delightfulness: arugula, carrots, red onions, tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, wasabi peas, avocado, AND MAPLE CHIPOTLE GOAT CHEESE from A&G Cheese (a locally made cheese we found in the co-op and at the farmer’s market). YUM!
