So, I just came up with this one on the fly. I LOVE chocolate milk! Nesquik makes a no-sugar added mix that is the best. I drink at least a glass/day, sometimes more.
Today, I was bored and decided to mix 16oz of chocolate milk (Stewarts Dairy whole milk, of course), one banana, a cup of the wonderful Bowman Orchard b-berries picked locally this weekend, a tbsp of my homemade PB and a tbsp of coconut manna together in a blender. Oh man, it’s good stuff! More importantly, it is “F” approved! Can’t beat that.
Note: After all the blending it could use a chill. You could add ice, but I am not a fan of watery drinks. Plastic cubes or some time in the fridge works just fine.
